One team, two operating models

Fully managed IT

NVG acts as your IT department for day-to-day support and long-term planning.

Co-managed IT

NVG works beside your internal IT staff with responsibilities divided explicitly.

Scoped IT projects

Defined migrations, upgrades, deployments, and remediation work when a project is the right fit.

Keep the control you need. Add the capacity you do not have.

Without a complete internal IT department

Fully managed IT

NVG takes primary responsibility for the agreed support, monitoring, administration, recovery, and planning functions. Your team has one place to go for help and one team accountable for the roadmap.

  • Day-to-day user support and administration
  • Monitoring, maintenance, and recurring operational work
  • Technology planning, budgeting, and vendor coordination

With existing internal IT staff

Co-managed IT

Your internal team keeps its role, business context, and decision-making authority. NVG fills agreed capacity or specialist gaps rather than replacing the people who already understand your organization.

  • Monitoring and maintenance off your team’s workload
  • Project capacity and specialist escalation
  • Clear ownership across internal and NVG responsibilities

Less reactive IT. Clearer ownership.

A free assessment is the starting point. We review the environment, responsibilities, and recurring problems before recommending an operating model.

  • 01

You do not have an internal IT department and need one accountable team for day-to-day support and long-term planning.

  • 02

You already have IT staff, but monitoring, maintenance, projects, or specialist work consume more capacity than the team has.

  • 03

Recurring issues, unclear responsibilities, and reactive support are keeping your business from improving its technology environment.

The operational work and the plan behind it.

Your quote defines which responsibilities NVG takes on and which remain with your team. Network design, Wi-Fi, switching, and connectivity support can be included in the managed scope. Cybersecurity and data-center services can be coordinated separately where required.

Managed IT questions, answered.

Already have internal IT? Read about co-managed IT.

What is the difference between fully managed and co-managed IT?

Fully managed IT is for organizations that want NVG to act as their IT department. Co-managed IT divides responsibilities with your internal IT staff so they retain control while NVG adds capacity, monitoring, maintenance, project support, or specialist assistance.

What support hours and response commitments do you provide?

The service includes business-hours help desk and 24/7 monitoring for supported systems. Issues are handled by priority, with on-site assistance when required. Any customer-specific response targets are documented in the service agreement rather than promised as a generic public SLA.

Do you replace our existing IT person?

No—not under a co-managed arrangement. Your internal team retains its role and priorities while NVG takes on the responsibilities agreed in the service plan. Fully managed IT is available if you want NVG to take primary responsibility instead.

How is Managed IT priced?

Pricing is scoped after a free assessment and provided as a fixed monthly quote before you commit. The users, devices, systems, service responsibilities, and coverage required all affect the quote. There is no one-size-fits-all package price on this page.

Are there contracts or minimum terms?

Managed IT is offered month-to-month. The assessment and quote define the service responsibilities so both teams know what is included.

What size of business is this for?

Fully managed IT typically fits organizations with roughly 5–100 users that do not have a complete internal IT department. Co-managed IT can suit organizations with existing IT staff that need additional capacity or specialist support. We confirm fit during the assessment.
